This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to work as part of an internal resourcing team and who is confident in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This would suit someone that has worked in an agency or with a high volume / industrial recruitment background. Please note this role is site based at our offices in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

Purpose of the role
As a member of the resourcing team, the Recruitment Coordinator will work alongside the resourcing team to help drive our operational direct recruitment model. Your main responsibility will be to engage with candidates in a timely manner from point of application to initial contact for our high-volume recruitment.
