As an inclusive, forward-thinking business, we take pride in our approach to operations and are looking for a highly competent and motivated Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Engineering Team, based at our Hatchery in Ower, Hampshire.
This position is ideally suited to someone with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering, and preferably IEE 17th or 18th Edition.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 06:00 – 15:00
Total Hours: 40 hours per week
As a Multi Skilled Engineer operating within a busy hatchery environment, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining production efficiency, and minimising downtime through effective planned and reactive maintenance.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where biosecurity, animal welfare, hygiene, and safety standards are critical at all times.
This is a predominantly site-based role.
