Join Our Team as a Poultry Worker – Scutt Mill, Hereford
We’re looking for a dedicated Poultry Worker to join our Agriculture team at our breeder laying site in Hereford. If you’re motivated, reliable, and eager to develop a career in farming, this could be the perfect role for you!
£12.71 per hour, paid weekly

39 hours per week (5 days)
Monday-Friday 07:30-16:00
Caring for bird welfare, including feeding and monitoring flock wellbeing
Working in poultry houses: walking sheds, laying shavings, handling chickens
Collecting, screening, and packing eggs, including paperwork completion
General farm duties (e.g. ground maintenance, equipment use)
Motivated, flexible, and reliable with a strong work ethic
Team player with good communication skills
Manual handling training (desirable)
Experience in agriculture or similar environment (preferred but not essential)
Poultry welfare certificate / NVQ Level 2 in Livestock Production (desirable – training provided if needed)
